OUR WINE

We work with authentic, produce-focused wine makers and suppliers to curate a selection of natural, organic and biodynamic wines, beers and cocktails. Our hand-picked collection highlights specialist wines from small producers.

Whether you're looking for a great everyday table wine for a family feast or something special for a celebration, our knowledgeable team are on hand to find the right wine for you.

Alongside our in-house wine list, we also host monthly Brett Tasting Events on our mezzanine level and our online wine shop.

Our Brett Tasting events are also available for exclusive hire both on our mezzanine level or at your event location. Contact us directly to discuss.

OUR SUPPLIERS

  • Vinetrail are importers and distributors of some of the finest wines from France, Northern Spain and Sicily. Their aim is to inspire a more progressive, sustainable and open-minded approach to wine, one that cares about the land and the people.

Vine Trail has always rowed against the crowd and fashion, championing the maverick, chiselling out wines from top vignerons in overlooked regions like Jura and Savoie, being the first in the UK to promote growers’ champagnes as well as revealing the artisanal face of Bordeaux.

  • In 2014, Newcomer Wines emerged as an unconventional wine importer specialising in ‘The New Old World’, sourcing some incredible wines from Austria.

They share a common purpose with their growers — to make wines that are an honest reflection of the place and the people that make them, leaving as little imprint and re-establishing bio-diversity on the natural world — as they go.

  • Dynamic Vines was founded in 2005 and lead by Frederic Grappe. Today they are now an exclusive supplier to the UK market of premium, biodynamic wines sourced from over 60 producers across Europe.

  • Otros Vinos work with producers of small vineyards who farm organically or biodynamically, and practice as little intervention in the cellar as possible; either minimal or no sulphites added and never fined or filtered. They champion wines that absolutely shine with their terroir and that reflect the wonderful people who produce them.

  • Element Wines was started in February 2018 by Simon and Steven to import wines we love from small estates that they have visited over the years. They work with producers who work organically, biodynamically and sustainably to make wines with a sense of place and respect for the land from which they come. Chemical use is minimised – or sometimes done away with altogether – in both the vineyard and the cellar.

They like wines which are bright and characterful, alive and vibrant. Exciting wines that go well with a great meal, but most importantly, taste amazing!

  • London-based importers, Modal Wines focus on wines grown and produced with love and respect.

They strive to bring exclusive and engaging wines from independent winemakers with a genuine passion for their craft, regardless of location or style.

  • Scotland-based importers, l’Art du Vin are passionate about wines made by artisan producers that express their terroir.

Their bespoke portfolio focuses on wines that are made with passion, integrity and uniqueness of origin while remaining true to environmental and ethical issues.

They are the first Scottish wine merchant to be a certified member of the Soil Association.

  • David Gleave founded Liberty Wines in March 1997, starting with a team of four and the support of some top wine producers from Italy and Australia.

His aim was simple and hasn't changed to this day:

"I started this business determined to work with exceptional producers, whatever their size or location, with the belief that with hard work and by being stubbornly quality focused, we would deliver the finest wines to our customers." David Gleave MW, Chairman

  • WoodWinters emerged from a desire to share the outstanding and diverse wines that they had experienced on their travels. They wanted to connect with like-minded wine drinkers and let them taste and buy the wines that they had adored.

They believe that the enjoyment of wine is rooted in its quality, whatever the price point. They are excited by flavour, provenance, and by the myriad of natural elements and human decisions that combine to make truly exceptional wines.
